What’s New At Crimson Trace?

With the 2017 SHOT Show right around the corner, what’s the manufacturer laser mounts been working up?
What’s New At Crimson Trace?

The laser mount manufacturer has been busy in preparation for the 2017 SHOT Show. Below gives a good idea of what Crimson Trace will reveal and feature in January, including expanding its Laserguard Pro series.

Laserguard Pros Expand

Crimson Trace released several new-to-market Laserguard Pros during the 2016 SHOT Show, and the laser sight that combines a 150-lumen LED white light with a red laser diode in a compact package has grown in demand. The original versions were for the S&W Shield pistol, Glock 42 and 43 models and Springfield Armory’s XD-s full-size handgun.

LiNQ Moves Onto The AK-47

On the heels of the wildly popular LiNQ wireless light and laser with control grip for the AR/MSR rifles comes the next version: LiNQ for the AK-47 rifles. The LNQ-103 was shown at the recent NASGW show, will also have a green laser diode and the replaceable control grip comes pre-paired from the factory with the light/laser module. This module will also have a 300-lumen LED white light and green laser diode. No gunsmithing required for installation.

Master Series Goes Green

The Crimson Trace Master series is well known for being a laser sight built into stylish wood or durable G10 grips that will replace the standard grips on full and compact 1911 pistols. While there was one green 1911 Lasergrips released last year, the recent NASGW show was the premier of nearly a dozen models of the popular 1911 Lasergrips with a green laser. These will fill customer demands/requests, and will offer several wood options. Compact 1911 pistols will also have options under this new product release.

Reds Return

Crimson Trace has acknowledged much of 2016 has been spent pushing, discussing and shipping green laser sights. Heads up, Crimson Trace still manufacturers and offers more than 200 products with red laser sights. Customers find these are more affordable, have longer battery life, project a red laser dot that criminals fully understand, and this product category fits so many types of firearms that we have a catalog and website chocked full of them. For those that have never owned a laser sight, reds make a great first step.

Blade-Tech Holster Included

It was in 2015 that Crimson Trace began offering laser sights with a Blade-Tech holster to fit the handgun once the laser sight is installed. Thus Crimson Trace has done the holster shopping and this means substantial cash savings to shoppers who buy a Crimson Trace laser sight with Blade-Tech holster in the package.  Now holster packages are available for: Ruger LC9, LC9s, LC380, SIG SAUER’s P238 and P938, GLOCK 42 and 43, the M&P Shield in 9mm and 40S&W, along with Springfield Armory’s XD-s pistols. These packages are offered with five green lasers or seven red lasers.
