Big Rock Sports Announces Enhancements to Freight Order Policy
Newport, NC - To better service its shooting sports customers, Big Rock Sports is announcing the following enhancements effective March 1st, 2010.
• Handgun orders will no longer qualify alone and can be combined to support orders for prepaid freight ($400 invoiced) when placed on a daily order.
• Handguns will no longer qualify on their own for shipment and their value will be used to meet freight qualifier of $400 invoiced when ordered on a daily order. There will be separate qualifiers for booking programs and show orders.
• Normal shipping of handguns will be UPS 2nd day air or Speedy Delivery for the Midwest markets served by this carrier.
• All handguns will be shipped UPS 2nd day air with the exception of larger orders shipping via an approved LTL carrier.The balance of order will be shipped UPS ground or appropriate mode based on total volume and weight.
