Lipsey’s, one of the leading firearm distributors in the U.S. announced today that Don Caillier, formerly National Key Accounts Manager for the company, has been promoted to Lipsey’s National Sales Manager.
Caillier has been with Lipsey’s 4 ½ years. He has been a member of the sales team and was promoted to Key Accounts Manager in 2006. In his new position, he will be responsible for all day to day activities of the 20+ person sales staff, and development of new sales, and customer service programs. Lipsey’s recently underwent an addition to their sales, administrative offices and warehouse, doubling the size of each. Caillier said, “I’m extremely pleased, and honored, that Lipsey’s chose to move me into this position. I have been in sales most of my life and now I have the chance to take a major wholesale distributor and do my part to grow the company in their core business.” Laurie Aronson, Lipsey’s President said the company has been growing at a good pace and expects an even more dramatic growth under Caillier’s leadership in the sales department.
