Wiley X Eyewear ® Announces Licensing Agreement with Bushnell Outdoor Products Agreement allows Bushnell to use Wiley X's patented Climate Control Technology with Facial Cavity SealTM for Bolle Traverse, other future models.

(October 9, 2007) – Wiley X Eyewear®, a leading provider of protective eyewear systems for military and outdoor enthusiasts, today announced an important licensing agreement with Bushnell Outdoor Products. This new, royaltybased agreement permits Bushnell, a leading sports optics company that owns and distributes major eyewear brands Bolle and Serengetti, to utilize Wiley X Eyewear’s patented Climate Control Technology with Facial Cavity Seals™ in specific sunglass models. This innovative technology uses removable, durable, symmetrically vented foam gaskets that lock securely into lightweight ANSI certified frames. By creating a Facial Cavity Seal, these glasses protect eyes from glare and irritation
in the most challenging environments — making Wiley X Eyewear a leading choice for use by military, law
enforcement and serious outdoor enthusiasts from motorcycle and bike riders to runners, skiers and snowboarders.
The first Bushnell model to be offered with this patented technology will be the new Bolle Traverse sunglass/goggle system. The agreement also opens the door for Wiley X Eyewear technology to be featured on new Bushnell sunglass brands/models to be launched later this fall.
