Acusport Corporation and Transformational Defense Industries Announces Exclusive Partnership

BELLEFONTAINE, OHIO (January 14, 2007) – AcuSport Corporation, a leading distributor of shooting and hunting products and Transformational Defense Industries (TDI), a privately-held company specializing in advanced weapons operating system technology, today announced that AcuSport will be the exclusive distributor of TDI products.
Under this agreement, AcuSport will distribute the KRISS Vector CRB/SO line of products, recently approved by the BATF for sales in the civilian market. The KRISS Vector CRB/SO is the only firearm using patented, innovative technology that dramatically reduces felt recoil and muzzle climb providing greater accuracy. Additionally, AcuSport and TDI will work together to develop an exclusive nationwide network of KRISS Certified Dealers.
The arrangement was created to utilize AcuSport’s expansive network of firearms retailers throughout the U.S. to introduce and position the revolutionary KRISS product line into the civilian market. In addition, this partnership will provide AcuSport customers with the opportunity to inventory and sell a product hailed as the most significant advance in weapons operating systems in more than 120 years.
