Knives that open with one hand are convenient, but if you're wearing gloves it can be a challenge. Not so with the innovative new Model 750 Redpoint folder introduced by Buck Knives, as the latest collaborative effort with the renowned mountaineer Peter Whittaker.

Thanks to Buck's SafeSpin blade rotator (built into the end of the blade) you can open it with one finger, never touching the blade. Just pull back on the over-sized button on the handle to disengage the lock and open the blade. The button lock on the handle functions as a safety feature, locking and unlocking the blade, in both the open and closed positions. The Redpoint comes in four colors—black, platinum, blue, and yellow. MSRP for the Model 750 is $33.
