Two CR2032he lithium coin cell batteries (included) up to 45 hours of continuous operation, depending on the light mode used, and will function in the most extreme temperatures (from -22 F to+140 F).The light is water-submersible to -3 feet, can be used in potentially explosive environments and can be worn on either the head or wrist with the quick-adjust elastic strap – or attached to any thin object, like a cap brim, with the integrated clip.
