Morgan, Utah - Browning has added new larger size safe models for 2008 in the Medallion Series and TheftGard Series to give consumers more storage capacity space for their firearms and other valuables. Also new storage system options that are attached to the inside of the door of the safe that allow increased storage capacity will be added to the line for 2008.
New Medallion Series M56F Safe. The new Medallion M56F model has outer dimensions of 72 x 48 x 28 and is 1200° F/90 min. fire protection rated. It has heavy, 10 gauge steel body construction, 1 1/4" diameter chromed locking bolts, 1 5/16" thick Duo-Formed® door, Uni-Force™ Locking System with two cams, OmniBarrier® Lock Protection System, UL tool attack listed, S & G® Group II lock with key lock and many other features. Six attractive wildlife game scene options are available with seven color options that include new Black Cherry. A five-spoke handle, 21/45 duo-gun interior and new 10 gun DPX Storage System on door is standard. Weight is 1,350 lbs., Suggested Retail, $3,569.00 - $3,749.00.
New TheftGard Judge TG39F Safe. This new model for the price conscious consumer that wants large storage capacity is 72" x 36" x 26" and has a 1200° F/ 30 min. fire protection rating. Features include a 3/16" steel door, 1" steel bolts, 12-gauge steel body, Group II lock, UL tool attack listed, rugged textured finish, reinforced U-channel steel door frame, 26/39 duo gun interior and electronic lock option. Weight is 705 lbs., Suggested Retail, $1,839.00- $1,918.00. Browning has also added the new Duo-Plus Handgun (DPH) Storage System, and Duo-Plus Extra Systems (DPX) that gives additional firearms storage on the back of the safe door with the option of both systems in Mossy Oak Break-Up camo. These new storage systems also include pouches and pockets that allow storage of smaller valuables and accessories with quick/easy access.
