Boomer Esaison Foundation Awards CMG Marketing & Events Sponsorship Marketing Contract

Centreville, VA (June 17, 2008) – Empire Event Promotions in cooperation with the Boomer Esaison Foundation has awarded CMG Marketing and Events the sponsorship marketing contract for the 2009 All-American Sporting Clays Championship & World FITASC Challenge and the Boomer Esiason Sporting Clays Pro-Am Events.

According to Lee Becker, President of Empire Event Promotions “we wanted an agency that could help us leverage sponsorship marketing for these events that generate critical research dollars for the Boomer Esaison Foundation as it moves closer to finding  a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.”  Continued Mr. Becker, “With CMG Marketing’s vast background in sponsorship marketing including NASCAR, ESPN, NFL, MLB and one of the highest grossing country music tours of all time --- Brooks and Dunn, we felt this partnership would be a perfect match for our needs.”

As part of the overall program, CMG will handle sponsorship marketing for the 2009 All-American Sporting Clays Championship & the World FITASC Challenge and the Boomer Esiason Sporting Clays Pro-Am Events which are held at Elk Creek Hunt Club in Owenton, Kentucky.  In addition to these events CMG Marketing & Events will also be handling the marketing of the 2009 US Open which will also be held at the Elk Creek Hunt Club.

“We could not be more pleased with this opportunity,” says Cathy Williams, President of CMG Marketing & Events.  “These events are the showcase of the sporting clays community, but more importantly are a great way to raise research dollars for the foundation with hope one day to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis” stated Ms. Williams.

The Boomer Esiason Foundation is a dynamic partnership of leaders in the medical and business communities joining with a committed core of volunteers to heighten awareness, education and quality of life for those affected by Cystic Fibrosis, while providing financial support to research aimed at finding a cure.
