Burris Launches a Point-of-Purchase Offer to Dealers that captures the “SpeedBead™ Experience”
Greeley, Colorado, July 2, 2008 — Burris National Sales Manager, Brian Cary, today launched a unique Point of Purchase offer to dealers of Burris Company products. The POP device is a full size model of a Benelli shotgun, with a Burris SpeedBead™ red-dot reflex sight installed cleanly between the receiver and the stock.
Cary said the company has been seeking an effective way to communicate the SpeedBead™ experience to sportsmen since the innovative system was launched last year. “Others have used this type sight on shotguns, but they were mounted very high, forcing the shooter to change his natural shooting position. The Burris difference is the patent-pending low-profile mounting system that puts the center of the optic directly in line with the ventilated rib” Mounting the SpeedBead™ on a realistic shotgun model allows sportsmen to shoulder the display and experience using the dot in a natural shooting posture.
