 Grabber Ties the Knot with RopeLok™
Grand Rapids, MI (August 4, 2008) — Grabber proudly announces an exclusive distribution partnership with RopeLok of Otsego, Michigan. RopeLok manufactures the No Knot RopeLok, an easy to use tie-down product with patent-pending lever locking technology that eliminates the need for tying knots.
Douglas Hassing, inventor of the No Knot RopeLok, and co-owner of the company with brother and sister, Jay Hassing and Rebecca Hassing, recently earned two awards at the INPEX 2008 Invention Trade Show. The unique tie-down product received the Silver Award in the Hardware and Tools category and won the Gold Medal in the Recreational Product Category. Hassing’s RopeLok concept was borne out of a need for a securely-locking, quick- release lead for his horses. However, it quickly became clear that such a product had many applications where the need to eliminate knot-tying was required for ease of use.
