Trijicon has introduced two new night sight sets for the Walther PPX. Trijicon’s Night Sights have been popular for two decades with law enforcement, military, and self-defense shooters.

The Trijicon Bright & Tough Night Sights are self-luminous three dot sights using tritium-filled glass lamps for superior illumination in low light or no light conditions. The lamps are capped by a sapphire jewel window to evenly distribute the light and protect the lamp. The sights have an aluminum body for rugged durability and a silicone rubber cushion to give the lamps shock protection. The lamps are ringed with bright white for daylight visibility. Bright & Tough Night Sights can improve night shooting accuracy by as much as five times over conventional sights.

The Trijicon HD Night Sights uses an extra-large bright yellow or orange dot area on the front sight to emphasize visibility in order to place primary emphasis on the front for faster shooting under the most demanding conditions and also aids target acquisition in transitional light. Sapphire jewel-capped tritium-phosphor lamps again provide the illumination. The glow-in-the-dark yellow or orange photo luminescent paint on the front sight is clear coated to resist powder and cleaning solvents so it remains bright for years. The rear sight is angled and serrated to reduce glare and uses black rings around the lamps to enhance focus on the front sight. It has a U-shaped notch to tie in with the oversized front sight ring. Also, the HD Night Sight’s front sight is steeply hooked to aid in emergency one-handed slide operation.

The Walther PPX, available in 9mm and .40 S&W, is an affordable duty pistol with a smooth trigger, ambidextrous mag release, three integral safeties, and Walther ergonomic grip.
