TriStar Adds To The Viper G2 Shotgun Line

TriStar arms has expanded its line of Viper G2 semi-automatic shotguns to include a new 12-gauge sporting model, the Viper G2 SR Sport. The SR Sport has a 30-inch target barrel with a red fiber optic sight and features a bright red anodized receiver and magazine end cap. The black synthetic stock is coated with a Soft Touch application to give a soft rubber feel for increased comfort.

The Viper G2 Sport accepts 2.75 inch and 3 inch shells to allow for a variety of loads for a variety of uses and flexibility is greatly increased by the inclusion of four Extended Beretta Mobile Chokes. The magazine tube holds five shells. It has an MSRP of $609.

“The Viper G2 SR Sport fills a very important niche in the shotgun market by providing sportsmen with a great looking gun that is tested at 5,000 rounds of endurance and comes at a very reasonable price,” said Gus Bader, president of TriStar Arms.

Other guns in the Viper G2 line include standard Wood and Synthetic models with black receivers in 12 and 20 gauge and choices of 26 inch or 28 inch barrels, a Silver model with a silver receiver in 12 gauge with a 28 inch barrel, a 20 gauge with a 26 inch barrel, or lightweight 28 gauge with either 28 inch or 26 inch barrels. Camouflage models, including a Turkey model with a fixed pistol grip, and a left-handed black synthetic model round out the line. Additionally, youth-size models with 24 inch barrels in synthetic, wood, and camo are available, making the Viper G2 line a one of the most complete and affordable available when it comes to semi-auto shotguns.
