NRA Carry Guard Expo Cancelled Due to Hurricane Florence

The National Rifle Association has cancelled the NRA Carry Guard Expo scheduled for Sept. 14-16, at the Greater Richmond Convention Center due to the threat associated with Hurricane Florence.

The cancellation was made in the interest of public safety. Florence currently is a Category 4 hurricane churning in the Atlantic Ocean. The projected path of the hurricane includes South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland, with other states along the coast and inland also set to be affected. States of Emergency have been declared by governors in the Carolinas and Virginia.

Customers who purchased Carry Guard Expo tickets or tickets to paid workshops will receive refunds.

The 2019 NRA Carry Guard Expo is scheduled for Sept. 6-8 in Fort Worth, Texas.
