Founded in 1962, Zanders Sporting Goods, based in Sparta, Illinois, currently operates a 144,000-square foot facility in Sparta, representing most major brands in the shooting sports. Zanders is, for example, the exclusive U.S. distributorship for Eley, Inc., the manufacturer of the high-quality .22 rimfire products.

At the 2018 SHOT Show, Remington and TriStar Arms each awarded Zanders with their prestigious "Distributor of the Year" awards for 2017. The Remington award encompassed all brands under the Remington Outdoors company.
