The Savage 1911 — available in .45 Auto and 9mm — is built from stainless steel and has a dual-recoil spring and machined sear and disconnector. While the appearance of this pistol pays homage to the original military model, the Savage 1911 is built for hard use in adverse conditions. From its nitride coated titanium firing pin, to the target crown on the barrel, this classic handgun delivers accuracy and reliability. It features a 5-inch stainless steel barrel machined from billet with an 11-degree target crown and its ejection port is lowered, flared and cut for live round ejection. It comes equipped with Novak Lo-Mount front and rear sights.
